Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TLK mobile application and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Record or transcribe meetings without the consent of all participants.

• Share or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by TLK, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TLK makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TLK or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use or inability to use the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
